    DX101 Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSiC)

    Reaction sintering SiC is the reaction of fine particles of SiC, carbon powder and additives in a proportion of uniformly mixed and infiltrated silicon. Excessive silicon is filled into the voids to obtain highly dense ceramic materials.

    DX201 Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide (SSIC)

    This material is a dense SiC ceramic product made by pressureless sintering of high-performance submicron SiC powder. It does not contain free silicon and has fine grains. It has high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is the general material of choice for mechanical seal rings, sandblasting nozzles, armor, magnetic pumps, and canned pump components in the international and domestic market. It is especially suitable for use in working conditions that transport corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis.

    DX202 Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide plus Graphite (SSiC+G)

    Pressureless carbonized products are made by adding fine graphite particles on the basis of pressureless sintering SiC and sintered at high temperature. The material not only possesses the excellent performance of SSIC, but also improves the self-lubricity and dry friction resistance of the material due to the presence of graphite particles. Suitable for use under working conditions such as strong corrosion, high or inconsistent load, dry friction, hard-hard teaming, such as sliding bushings.

    DX203 Microporous Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide (microporous SSiC)

    The material is a special pressureless sintered SiC that optimizes the friction performance of the sealing surface. It is formed by forming uniformly distributed and independent spherical micropores during the sintering process. When the friction pair contacts the fluid medium, the spherical micropores will serve as a storage cavity for the fluid medium so that the medium can fully apply a lubricating effect, thereby reducing the coefficient of friction and frictional heat on the end face. When the fluid medium is insufficient, the liquid storage of the micropores will improve the lubrication conditions and help promote maintain a fluid film at the sliding interface. This microporous lubrication mechanism makes the microporous SSIC better than the conventional reaction sintering and pressureless sintered silicon carbide under many working conditions. It is suitable for limited lubrication working conditions and the harsh application environment of the combination of hard and hard grinding surfaces.

    DX204 SSiC+G with Micropores

    The material contains both fine graphite particles and spherical micropores for storing fluid media. It combines all the excellent properties of pressureless sintered SiC, pressureless sintered SIC+C and pressureless sintered SIC with micropores, and will maximize the dry friction and thermal shock resistance of the material to meet the most demanding working conditions. It is especially suitable for the production of high-performance canned motor pumps and magnetic drive pump components.
